What we process

Account data (email, username and hashed password), the profile data you choose to show, the content you publish (decks, comments, results, images) and technical security data (IP address, access logs and rate limits).

Why and on what basis

Providing the service and managing your account (performance of the service), sending verification and account emails (performance of the service), and protecting and moderating the platform (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who else processes it

Our hosting provider stores the website and database. Resend sends our emails. Where any of them is outside the European Economic Area, the EU standard contractual clauses apply.

How long

For as long as you keep your account. When you delete it your personal data is anonymised; security records are kept for the legally required period.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or export your data from your account settings or by emailing contact@kaikards.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

You must be at least 14 years old to sign up.
